Installing the pack does not automatically change your software language. You must manually activate it. Open . Click File , then select Options . Click the Language tab in the left sidebar. Go to the Choose Display and Help Languages section. Select your newly installed language from the list. Click Set as Default for both Display and Help languages. Go to the Choose Editing Languages section.
