The game is a prequel to Tsukihime , exploring the backstory of the powerful magus Aoko Aozaki. It’s the 1980s, in the town of Misaki, where a rumored witch lives in a western-style mansion. The story follows a young, inexperienced boy who moves into this mansion and finds his fate intertwined with two powerful magi: Aoko Aozaki, the newly-appointed successor to a powerful mage lineage, and her reclusive housemate, Alice Kuonji, the mansion's rumored witch.
