The ET-2750 does not have a sensor that physically weighs or measures how wet the waste ink pads are. Instead, the printer’s firmware uses a mathematical algorithm to estimate how much ink is purged during operations.
Click the button. The utility will read the printer's internal EEPROM and display your current point totals and percentages. You will likely see that the counter is at 100%. Check the Main pad counter box again. Click the Initialization button.
