If the phone displays nothing but your PC recognizes it as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008", your partition table is broken. You will need to use QFIL or QPST tools to flash a raw firmware layout instead of Fastboot scripts.
Place the target firmware file (usually ending in .nb0 , .mlf , or structured inside a folder containing .rpkg segments) into your working directory. Open your terminal or specialized Nokia extraction tool. Run the extraction script against the archive:
