: During the Buu Arc, Chi-Chi would completely vanish from the map if you accepted the side quest "Goten's Growth" and progressed the main story without finishing it. Furthermore, key story characters refused to spawn if they happened to exist as active roaming enemies elsewhere in the game world.

Side quests now appear reliably according to the story timeline.

Everyone, but especially if you’re playing on a base PS4, Xbox One, or a PC with HDD storage. Who won’t care? Current-gen console owners who already had 60 FPS.
