Installing the game is only half the battle. To play it, you must activate the license using the RAP file. There are two primary methods to accomplish this. Method A: Automatic Activation via WebMAN MOD / Evilnat
Power on your PS3. If you are using PS3HEN, make sure to click first. download link ps3 games pkg with rap file install

Navigate to and select Activate PS3 Accounts (this creates a fake local act.dat file if you don't have one). Select Licenses DB and choose Import RAP files . Method A: Automatic Activation via WebMAN MOD /
: Place your .pkg files directly on the root of the USB drive (not inside any folders).
Plug the USB drive into the rightmost USB port of your PS3 (the port closest to the disc drive offers the fastest read speeds).
Select your game PKG file and wait for the installation to finish. Step 4: Activate the RAP License
