Remove one piston pin clip (circlip), slide out the wrist pin, and remove the piston. Reassembly & Torque Specifications
Remove the two large valve inspection caps on the cylinder head (intake top, exhaust bottom).
Adjust every 6,000–8,000 miles . Intake should typically be 0.08–0.12mm and Exhaust 0.10–0.15mm .
Note: Always use a torque wrench on the head nuts. Work in a cross pattern.
