Fix - Ftd02p Datasheet
: PNP Power Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) / Transistor Array Component
When driving an inductive load (relay coil, solenoid), the magnetic field collapses when power is removed, generating a massive negative voltage spike (flyback voltage). Ftd02p Datasheet
Features robust thermal stability and, usually, overcurrent/thermal shutdown protection. : PNP Power Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) /
: TT3043 (PNP) (Matched with TT3034 NPN) It is highly recommended to replace both transistors
When the FTD02P fails, it is often due to an overcurrent event that can also damage its N-channel counterpart, the FTD01N. It is highly recommended to replace both transistors in the pair simultaneously , even if only one appears faulty at first glance. Always use a matched set to ensure reliable operation and prevent immediate re-failure.

: Used extensively in Epson mainboards to replace failed motor driver components. Motor Control
