Some Chinese-language versions of the panel may appear as or under different localized names.
This is almost always a permissions issue, commonly occurring after a major macOS update. Check the following: Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Full Disk Access and add or enable Adobe Photoshop. Also, in Privacy & Security → Files & Folders, enable Photoshop access to Documents, Desktop, and any other locations where your Photoshop assets are stored. The RA Panels' brush presets and actions are stored in custom folders, so make sure Photoshop has access to those locations. You can find them by searching for these files: RA_Actions.atn, RA_Brushes.abr, and RA_Presets.tpl. Some distribution packages provide a folder named PJ_CC22+BR_CC32 that contains both panels—simply copy the entire folder to the extensions directory. Some Chinese-language versions of the panel may appear
