For the vast majority of users, the safest and most reliable way to resolve a forgotten BIOS password is through the official channels provided by Dell. There is no official "Dell BIOS Password Reset Tool" available for public download. Instead, Dell offers two primary official methods that do not require downloading any third-party software.
This will NOT work for new Dell models (2020 onwards) using BIOS version 2.0 or higher. Those use RSA encryption, which cannot be reverse-engineered by a simple online tool.
